The fact that the Liteboxer takes up minimal space compared to most cardio machines or strength systems makes it convenient to use anytime at home. The price tag makes it unattainable for some budgets. For those who can afford it, the cost is justified by the system’s effectiveness and longevity versus purchasing individual cardio and strength training equipment. Space Requirements

You need sufficient space to install the Liteboxer Trainer properly. It requires roughly a 7-foot wide by 2-foot deep space against a wall sturdy enough to handle the 70-pound unit. The Trainer itself is around 3 feet wide when installed. Make sure you have a viable spot before purchasing.

Noise Considerations

When punching the Trainer, especially vigorously during intense workouts, there is considerable noise that you need to account for. I don’t find it bothersome, but those with roommates or living in an apartment may need to consider the noise factor and the best times to use the Trainer.

Requires Some Learning

It takes a few sessions to get entirely comfortable with the Liteboxer Trainer. Understanding how to land punches and move around the unit properly takes practice. But the app and Trainer guide you through everything you need to learn. As long as you’re willing to invest the time early on, the learning curve is manageable.
